Careers

Hard work. In short, this is what KKPW is about.

From day one, you are in the heat of the battle and experience real life. No easy going. Arm in arm with business leaders. Arm in arm with people that cannot afford a lawyer. Completely seriously. In return, we offer nothing more than a generous remuneration package.

What we offer
  • Students of law
  • Graduates
  • Experienced specialists
  • Administrative personnel

We turn outstanding law students into outstanding lawyers.

We are looking for talented and hard-working individuals. Academic accomplishments should be accompanied by a strong personality, various interests, a strong sense of initiative, and independence.

For us, private hobbies, social or charity involvement, sports achievements and academic publications are just as important as the grade point average and other university accomplishments.

First of all, we expect students to have extensive knowledge, display unusual invention, and be fully committed. We are well aware that university years are spent on education and do not require experience in work.

We are the ones to guarantee experience. We also offer a high level of independence, participation in various projects, and the opportunity to improve skills in a team of experienced lawyers.

Students are welcome to complete internships and placements at our law firm, but other forms of cooperation are also possible.

Our law firm is open to cooperation with lawyers that are in practice and have professional experience gathered through running their own law firm or working at other organizations, especially legal ones. We prefer individuals who are licensed to practice as an attorney-at-law, legal counselor, legal trainee, or tax advisor, as well as those who have experience from work at foreign law firms.

The experience of the lawyers determines the strength and uniqueness of our law firm. We make efforts to create excellent working conditions for recognized specialists and to integrate them with the team. Individuals with an established position are offered independence in running projects, can draw on the many years of unique experience of our employees, and may expect interesting, challenging, and often unusual cases, as well as an energetic and dedicated team.

We employ a number of different specialists. This is intended to create excellent conditions for cooperation between our lawyers and clients.

We are interested in expanding our administrative team by employing involved and talented individuals. We realize that offering top quality to clients requires energy and creativity, not only from lawyers, but also from the entire administrative personnel. We encourage this personnel to use the time spent at our law firm to develop personally and professionally.

What we expect:

The stability and tradition of our law firm, constant development, and trust from our Clients make KKPW a unique place to start, develop, and consolidate your professional career.

Like each properly trained lawyer, we strive for reliable and excellent solutions. This is why, when engaging a new team member, we set clear objectives:

  • Top quality of legal services provided,
  • Cooperation and integration with the team,
  • Taking on challenges and achieving professional and personal satisfaction at work.

We expect anyone wishing to work with us to show fluency in at least one foreign language (preferably English or German), a good command of another foreign language, computer literacy, and a professional orientation towards civil and business law.

Taking care of the top quality of our legal services means that we invite only exceptionally talented lawyers to work with us.

Internships

During internships and placements at KKPW, law students and young lawyers gather experience comparable to that of a young attorney-at-law or a legal counselor. We offer the opportunity to work under the supervision of experienced specialists, combined with independence while making and carrying out decisions.

The interns whose predispositions, knowledge and skills are highly regarded during the internship may apply for a job at our law firm.

Recruitment

The recruitment of interns, employees, and collaborators is handled by our HR Department. Please send your CV and cover letter, by regular or electronic mail, to this Department.
